Hi, I’m Miriam O’Connor

With over a decade of experience in career consulting, I’m passionate about helping people at all stages of their career explore opportunities, land roles, and move forward with confidence. 

My own career spans government, corporate, not-for-profit, and university sectors, giving me a deep understanding of many industries and the challenges and opportunities they present.

I’ve supported 3,000+ clients and, for the past three years, have been contracted by leading career consultancies in Australia and New Zealand to provide redundancy, outplacement, and career support.

One of the most highly rated career consultants on Google in the Bay of Plenty area, I help clients both locally and remotely with CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, and job-search coaching. I provide personalised strategies to support each client’s unique career journey.

I’m the only professional in New Zealand who holds both Certified Advanced Resume Writer and
Certified Resume Analyst credentials. I’m also a member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand and Career Directors International, which means I bring global best practice to every client.
